La Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Carmen de Rinconada de Silva, según su programación del Mes Carmelitano, ha desarrollado en el sector de Tabolango, la tradicional Procesión en honor a la Virgen del Carmelo.

La Imagen Centenaria de talla policromada, recorrió junto a un centenar de peregrinos, fieles y vecinos de dicha comunidad cristiana, la calle principal de este hermoso sector rural, las casa de los vecinos estaban desde muy temprano adornadas con hermosos arcos e imágenes de devoción, para ir dando paso pausado a la procesión que viene a ser el anticipo de la Procesión Mayor que se realiza en el Sector Parroquial este próximo Domingo 26 de Enero 2020, a partir de las 18:00 horas.
En el recorrido por la principal calle del sector rural de Tabolango, la Santísima Virgen fue acompañada por el Presbítero Fabián Castro Marchant, quien en cada uno de los altares, tuvo la deferencia de detenerse y bendecir las familias y los campos de esta comunidad.
Al llegar a los pies del tradicional Calvario de la Cruz de Tabolango, el sacerdote subió a unos metros del monte, para bendecir la nueva Cruz, construida en el lugar para indicar el inicio de la vía sacra que allí se encuentra con sus catorce estaciones. Desde allí el Párroco invito a todas y todos los feligreses a volver la mirada al Cristo de la Cruz, que junto a su madre María Santísima en la advocación del Carmen, deben ser el referente para todas las acciones pastorales de este año 2020. Invito a que este año cada una de las familias rinconadinas, se unieran a la acción de contemplar a Jesucristo Eucaristía cada domingo en la Santa Misa
y/o Liturgias de la Palabra y eucarísticas de cada una de las comunidades, Ser testigo de Jesús es también ser fiel hijo de la Madre, nuestra señora del Carmelo.
En la Santa Eucaristía de la Capilla de Tabolango, el Sacerdote volvió a profundizar en el valor de la devoción a María en la advocación carmelitana, solicito a todas y todos los presentes, no olvidar hacerse presentes en la Novena Parroquial, que se inicia este Lunes 20 de Enero y que este año tendrá como valor agregado la participación de distintos predicadores, quienes profundizaran durante cada día acerca de la devoción carmelitana.
La Procesión de los Arcos, que es la fiesta patronal parroquial y la fiesta mayor del pueblo rinconadino se realizará este domingo 26 de enero 2020 con el lema: “Con María, participación, Sinodalidad, misión evangelización”, a partir de las 18:00 horas, partiendo desde el templo parroquial y recorriendo las principales calles de la rinconada, para finalizar con la Santa Eucaristía en la Plaza de Rinconada de silva.
