La agrupación que actualmente es conformada por 25 socias y socios, nació el 9 de junio de 2020 con el propósito de unir esfuerzos y luchar por la visibilización de las personas en situación de discapacidad de nuestra comuna.
Su primer presidente fue el reconocido vecino putaendino Cristian Carmona.
Hoy preside la organización la señora Mariela Peutat Abarca, quien es acompañada en su gestión por Cristian Olivares y Cristian Carmona.
Como uno de sus principales logros, destaca la postulación de distintos proyectos y obtención de recursos para sus asociados y toda la comunidad putaendina, como es el caso de los cursos de lengua de señas, que se ha estado realizando en la comuna durante los últimos tres años.
