Nacida y criada en Putaendo, Elena Angelina Castillo Cortez es oriunda del sector de Sahondé.
Ingresó en abril de 1994 como auxiliar de servicio al entonces consultorio de Putaendo. No obstante, su tenaz cualidad de capacitación la hizo crecer y desenvolverse en otras áreas, teniendo funciones de atención de público, tanto en el SOME como en la Oficina de Informaciones, Reclamos y Sugerencias (OIRS) del Cesfam.
Ella es una mujer aguerrida jefa de hogar que ha sabido sacar adelante con gran perseverancia a sus dos queridos hijos: Francisco Javier y Gabriela Cristina.
La querida “Nenita” es una referente en el Cesfam de Putaendo, destacada por su compañerismo, su cercanía y cariño en el trato con usuarias y usuarios y, por supuesto, fuente obligada del sinnúmero de historias y copuchas de Putaendo.
