El inédito momento fue acompañado por el alcalde de Putaendo, Mauricio Quiroz Chamorro junto al Director del Philippe Pinel, Dr. Oscar Cruz Bustamante, quienes definieron el proceso como histórico y un avance en el reconocimiento y promoción de los derechos de las personas con patologías de salud mental.

Estamos agradecidos de todo el equipo que dio forma a este hecho inédito, que contó con la participación de los usuarios en un proceso donde la comunidad en conjunto define su futuro”.
El proceso de votación culminó pasado el mediodía del viernes 27 de mayo cuando ingresó el último voto en la Unidad de Evaluación de Personas Imputadas (UEPI).
