Los cuerpos de bomberos del Valle de Aconcagua y también representantes de la provincia de Petorca se unieron en una acción solidaria este 24 de diciembre para cumplir el sueño del pequeño de 8 años Ítalo Sapiain Tello, quien hoy se encuentra en silla de ruedas y delicado de salud por inconvenientes en su médula espinal.
El pequeño, hijo de dos ex bomberos de Putaendo, según señaló su madre Nidia a nuestro medio, siempre ha sido un admirador de los bomberos, prueba de ello es que años atrás perteneció a la Brigada Infantil de bomberos de Putaendo y le había comentado a sus padres que le gustaría mucho subir a un carro bomba durante la navidad. Las unidades llegaron hasta el domicilio de Ítalo en el sector de Las Tunas donde a bordo de la unidad Hazmat del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Los Andes fue trasladado hasta el parque municipal, lugar donde fue nombrado Brigadier Honorario de la Brigada Infantil de la Primera Compañía de Bomberos de Putaendo, recibiendo el aplauso y reconocimiento de todos los bomberos y de la comunidad que participó en esta especial, solemne y emotiva ceremonia, donde tambien participaron los moto truenos de Putaendo.
La alegría de este pequeño se reflejó cuando también recibió distintos regalos por parte de los bomberos y con mucho ánimo les agradecía por haberlo acompañado y por los obsequios recibidos, ante la emoción de sus padres Nidia e Iván.
Una actividad marcada por la emotividad y por el cariño a Ítalo quien frente a un difícil momento de salud al que se suma su abuelita la conocida y querida “Kena”, que por años ha trabajado en una oficina de contabilidad en Putaendo, y que en las últimas horas fue trasladada en estado grave hasta Viña del Mar, también por una grave enfermedad que le está afectando en sus pulmones.
