El Alcalde Víctor Donoso planteó en la reunión que este proyecto lleve el nombre de Emilia Bruna, la pequeña de 3 años que falleció trágicamente el año 2015, en esta ruta por no contar señal telefónica, lo que motivó a muchas autoridades en esa época para iniciar este largo recorrido que gracias a Dios, a sido escuchado por el gobierno logrando con el apoyo de los delegados presidenciales que se pueda concretar. Para el Alcalde de Putaendo también valoró esta importante noticia destacando a todos los que han luchado para que esto se pueda concretar, señalando además que se contará con la señal radial vía repetidora de Putaendo la que será enlazada por el municipio de Cabildo para dar cobertura a todos los servicios de emergencias 
(Bomberos, Carabineros, Samu y Protección Civil) que acuden a esta ruta, mientras se instale la señal telefónica 5G.
