En el marco de las actuales vacaciones de invierno, ayer miércoles cinco de julio el grupo del sector de La Orilla del Programa Elige Vida Sana del Cesfam Valle de Los Libertadores realizó un entretenido trekking hacia el alejado “Oasis” de los Baños del Parrón.
El frío de la mañana no fue impedimento para que cerca de 20 personas, familias completas, pudieran realizar esta travesía acompañadas de las profesionales del Cesfam: La kinesióloga Rocío González; la nutricionista Francisca Aravena y la psicóloga Carolina Tovar.
La jornada contó con permanente promoción de los estilos de vida saludable, como también contemplar la naturaleza de la precordillera putaendina, además del apoyo incondicional del equipo del programa a los participantes de la caminanta.
