Uno de los asistentes de la educación que por temor a represalias solicitó reserva de su identidad , señalo a Putaendoinforma, que la finalidad de interrunpir las vacaciones de los asistentes se basaba en que desde el municipio pretendían que durante este tiempo realizarán trabajos de pintados de los mismos colegios y reparaciones antes del ingreso de los estudiantes el día 5 de Marzo, a lo que se suma que habrían existido presiones para que los funcionario ingresaran tal como quería el municipio a sus trabajos el próximo 24 del presente mes.
El mismo trabajador indicó que a parte de esta situación que logró ser revertida en beneficio de sus colegas, existe un hecho muy complejo ´pues el dinero de los bonos asignados para los asistentes de la educación el municipio lo estaría pagando en cuotas a pesar que reciben los dineros íntegramente para pagarlos a los trabajadores , mientras que las liquidaciones correspondientes al mes de Diciembre del año pasado aún no han sido entregadas a los trabajadores.
