Una delicada situación es la que están viviendo Padres y Apoderados de uno de los cursos del Liceo de Rinconada de Silva, los que para defender a sus hijos que estarían siendo victima de malos tratos y bullying, decidieron tomar justicia por su propia mano, donde se denuncian agresiones en las afueras del colegio e incluso amenazas con cuchillos a uno de los padres por parte de otros padres en sus viviendas.
La situación es tan grave que incluso el propio Alcalde Mauricio Quiroz, quien fue consultado por nuestro medio por los audios que se han viralizado con amenazas grabadas por parte de apoderados y situaciones que darían cuenta de amenazas, encerronas en las afueras del liceo y otras situaciones más, que calificó la situación como “algo que escapa y excedió al ámbito educacional” para lo cual sugirieron hacer las denuncias correspondientes a la fiscalía y se reunirán en forma “Urgente” este día Lunes tanto el Daem, los directivos del Liceo de Rinconada de Silva, el equipo jurídico y todos los que sean necesarios para enfrentar este delicado tema, excusándose por el momento de dar mayores detalles.
Los antecedentes entregados a nuestro medio por varios apoderados que enviaron fotografías , audios y conversaciones en redes sociales, indican que una menor estaba siendo victima de crueles actos de violencia y bullying por parte de otras menores de dicho establecimiento educacional , donde eventualmente el Viernes recién pasado un grupo de niñas incluida una mayor de edad habrían esperado a las supuestas agresoras en el frontis del establecimiento para agredirlas, sin embargo el hecho más grave aún da cuenta de un audio grabado donde se puede advertir como a lo menos dos personas un hombre y una mujer se trasladaron hasta el domicilio de una de las menores que estaría ejerciendo bullying contra su hija, y con fuertes amenazas y según da cuenta la dueña de casa y Madre de la menor sindicada como maltratadora, habrían sido amenazados de muertes con cuchillos.
La situación ha generado preocupación entre Padres y Apoderados, pues por un lado se entiende el legitimo derecho que tienen los mismos por defender a sus hijos cuando sufren el mal trato y el bullying por parte de otros compañeros, pero también nada justifica llegar al extremo de intentar tomar justicia por sus manos y como fue denunciado ante Carabineros, ser amenazados de muerte por otros apoderados para intentar solucionar un problema, grave, delicado y que afecta a gran parte de los colegios no tan solo de la comuna, si no que del país como es lamentablemente el mal trato , acoso y bullying que sufren niños y jóvenes.
