A través de la gestión del Departamento Municipal de Cultura, Turismo y Patrimonio y la Oficina Municipal de Fomento Productivo, emprendimientos locales como “Telares Margarita”, “Cervecería Ecold”, “Turismo Putaendo”, “Bike Me” y la presentación de Julio Quijanes y “Caballito Blanco”, dejaron maravillados a transeúntes y asistentes que llegaron hasta el sector del Parque Araucano.
La actividad fue organizada por el Servicio Nacional de Turismo (Sernatur) y la Corporación Regional de Turismo de Valparaíso. Además, tuvo el apoyo financiero del Gobierno Regional de Valparaíso.
El objetivo de la iniciativa fue difundir y promocionar a la Región de Valparaíso como destino turístico.El evento contó con la presencia de delegaciones de las diferentes comunas y gobernanzas de la Región de Valparaíso, además de autoridades como la directora nacional de Sernatur, Andrea Wolleter y el director regional de la misma entidad, Marcelo Vidal.
En el caso de Putaendo, la comitiva estuvo encabezada por el funcionarios Christopher Mercado, Ramón Tobar y Favio Ibarra, del Departamento de Cultura, Turismo y Patrimonio y de la Oficina de Fomento Productivo.
