El Jefe de esa unidad especializada, Subprefecto Marco León, manifestó que el trabajo de análisis criminal e inteligencia policial desplegado por los oficiales de la PDI, permitió obtener órdenes de entrada y registro para tres domicilios de la comuna, desde los que fueron incautados 1.020 gramos de cocaína base; 4,17 gramos de clorhidrato de cocaína y 23,17 gramos de cannabis sativa, todo avaluado en $ 5.162.050.
Además fueron incautados 124 mil pesos producto de la venta de la droga entre los adictos de esa comuna.
El oficial precisó que los detenidos son dos hombres y dos mujeres, todos chilenos, mayores de edad, algunos de los cuales ya tienen antecedentes.
Una vez en el cuartel policial e informado el fiscal de turno, dispuso que tres de ellos pasaran a control de detención y el cuarto quedara citado a declarar ante el Ministerio Público.
