Mediante una declaración pública la Federación de trabajadores de la salud [FENATS ACONCAGUA], manifestó sus críticas y rechazo la medida impuesta por la directora del Hospital Psiquiátrico Alicia Contreras, quien ordenó el ingreso de parte de los funcionarios a trabajo presencial argumentando un acuerdo con los gremios de los trabajadores quienes criticaron su decisión en medio de la pandemia.
DECLARACIÓN PÚBLICA
Ante la medida tomada por el Director Subrogante, Dr. Javier Mancilla Solar, que retrotrajo la decisión de la Dirección de poner fin a los turnos de teletrabajo del personal del hospital Psiquiátrico Dr. Philippe Pinel de Putaendo, dada a conocer en el Comunicado Interno N° 29 del 4 de agosto del presente, estimamos necesario precisar a la opinión pública los siguientes puntos:
1.- En el citado Comunicado Interno, la Directora del hospital Psiquiátrico, señora Alicia Contreras Vielma, ordenó discrecionalmente a las y los trabajadores retomar el trabajo presencial, sin excepciones, a contar del lunes 10 de agosto.
2.- Rechazamos categóricamente el que se haya pretendido presentar esta desacertada medida como un “acuerdo con los gremios”, en circunstancias que las actas de la reunión de la Multigremial en ninguna parte indican que haya existido semejante acuerdo.
3.- Consideramos grave que, de manera unilateral, se haya obligado a las y los trabajadores a volver al trabajo presencial, malinterpretando las instrucciones emanadas desde la Dirección del SSA y sin tener un plan bien pensado e implementado, además de consensuado de veras con los gremios, que tenga como propósito proteger efectivamente la salud del personal. Valoramos la disposición del Dr. Mancilla de convocar a una comisión con los gremios para elaborar un plan de retorno seguro a las labores presenciales.
4.- Nuestra Asociación FENATS Base, en conjunto con la Federación FENATS Aconcagua gestionó ante las máximas autoridades del Servicio de Salud para que se revirtiera esta absurda y riesgosa medida, cuestión que fue acogida favorablemente y que se resolvió diligentemente.
5.- Hacemos un llamado a la Directora Contreras y a su equipo directivo a enmendar el rumbo y velar por la seguridad y bienestar de las funcionarias y funcionarios de nuestro hospital, porque son la principal garantía de otorgar una atención de salud de calidad a los pacientes de nuestro hospital.
