La audiencia telemática se realizó durante horas de esta mañana en el tribunal mixto de Putaendo.

De un total de tres detenidos en el servicio de urgencias del Hospital San Camilo de San Felipe, sindicados de participar en la agresión de un hombre y una mujer que fueron apuñalados en el callejón Lepe de Rinconada de Silva la noche de pasado Lunes , el tribunal mixto de Putaendo determinó que el hombre de iniciales J.B.A y la mujer de iniciales D.O.C ambos imputados por el delito de “Homicidio Frustrado” quedaran en prisión preventiva por los 70 días que durará la investigación quedaran en prisión preventiva por los 70 días que durará la investigación, mientras que la tercera mujer fue dejada en Libertad.
La audiencia realizada la mañana de este Viernes en el tribunal mixto de Putaendo vía telemática, fue presidida por la Magistrado Deisy Machuca, el fiscal Julio Palacios y el abogado defensor de los imputados Carlos Gutiérrez, luego que el Martes recién pasada se solicitara la ampliación de la detección de los imputados, En la audiencia la Magistrado Deisy Machuca decretó que la querella de la municipalidad de Putaendo quedara inadmisible, la magistrado no acogió el escrito pues dijo no reconoce la labor de la municipalidad en procurar la seguridad comunitaria para ambas partes y no para uno solo de los involucrados.
Luego de las pruebas presentadas por el ministerio publico, donde resultaron fundamentales el video grabado por una de las víctimas y las imágenes de las cámaras de seguridad municipales, se pudo establecer que los imputados agredieron con golpes de palos y cuchillos a las victimas, donde los agresores resultaron con lesiones menores mientas que las victimas presentan lesiones graves, siendo el más comprometido un hombre que permanece con riesgo vital en la UCI del Hospital San Camilo de San Felipe, el tribunal acogió la tesis del fiscal Julio Palacios Bobadilla y decretó la prisión preventiva por los 70 días que durará la investigación en contra de los dos imputados identificados con las iniciales anteriormente por el delito de “Homicidio Frustrado” y dejó en libertad a una tercera mujer detenía el Lunes pasado.
Putaendo informa conversó telefónicamente con el fiscal Julio Palacios Bobadilla, quien nos entregó detalles de los hechos ocurridos y de la audiencia de este día Viernes en el tribunal de Putaendo. [AUDIO ABAJO]
