En audiencia de control de detención realizada la tarde de este Miércoles en el tribunal mixto de Putaendo, se decretó la prisión preventiva para el imputado Mario Arando Moya Salinas de 63 años bajo los cargos de femicidio frustrado y desacato, fijando el tribunal un plazo de investigación de 90 días.
