Herrera agregó que el comité cuenta con recursos propios, es decir con los dineros de los socios (as) y con una inversión de más de $25.000.000 , se logró adquirir tres estanques de superficie de 40.000 litros cada uno, lo que permitirá elevar la producción de agua clorada de manera permanente y continua a 420.000 litros, duplicando la producción lo que permitirá de la mano del uso responsable de los socios(as) que el suministro de agua potable no falle, dejando atrás los inconvenientes que de sobre manera se registraban en la época estival a propósito del aumento del suministro de agua.
Finalmente Jorge Herrera indicó que los estanques ya están en dependencias del APR y que durante las próximas semanas, deberían estar en un 100% operativos.
