La autoridad insistió en que es solo un estudio técnico y que por ningún motivo apoyaran expropiaciones que afecten a vecinos de calle Brasil y Las Coimas ante las propuestas viales del nuevo pma regulador.

Las ultimas semanas distintos vecinos y dirigentes sociales han manifestado su rechazo a la propuesta de plan regulador que el municipio ha presentado a la comunidad en distintas reuniones y talleres participativos.
El rechazo se ha basado entre otros aspectos en el poco o nulo conocimiento que los afectados tienen de la propuesta y en las expropiaciones que se generarían para construir nuevos caminos tanto al sur de calle Weggener como en la localidad de Las Coimas, entre otras observaciones.
Como se ha dicho en varias reuniones “el sartén ahora lo tienen por el mango” los concejales y el alcalde, ya que esta propuesta debe ser aprobada o rechazada por el concejo municipal, de acuerdo a lo que establece la ley.
Consultado el alcalde, manifestó que “a partir de las observaciones que la ciudadanía ha realizado, y que ya suman más de 400 realizadas por escrito, en donde manifiestan los impactos negativos de la propuesta, tanto por los caminos nuevos como por las áreas verdes que gravan las propiedades privadas, hemos considerado que la única alternativa posible es rechazar esta propuesta de Plan Regulador, que se comenzó a elaborar el año 2018.”
Al respecto la autoridad comunal agregó que la actual etapa concluye en los próximos días, ocasión en que la consultora a cargo de la propuesta pondrá a consideración del concejo comunal, las observaciones formuladas por los vecinos y las organizaciones sociales, momento en el cual se procederá a rechazar de plano la propuesta.
La decisión de rechazar la propuesta del nuevo plan regulador, fue consensuada por los integrantes del concejo municipal en los últimos días, por lo que el rechazo se materializará en una instancia formal que se realizará en las próximas semanas.
