En prisión preventiva, formalizado por los delitos de Homicidio Frustrado en contra de un menor de 12 años, y por Tenencia de Arma Prohibida, quedó un sujeto apodado como ‘El Chingao’.
El fiscal Eduardo Fajardo de la Cuba, a cargo del caso, indicó que ayer se «formalizó en el Tribunal de Garantía de Putaendo, investigación contra imputado cuya identidad pidió la defensa se mantuviera en reserva, salvo las iniciales, lo que fue acogido por el Tribunal. De quien sólo puedo aportar que apodan ‘El Chingao’.
«‘El Chingao’ fue formalizado por dos delitos: uno por homicidio frustrado en contra de un niño y un delito de arma prohibida», cuenta.
Sobre los hechos propiamente tal, el fiscal Eduardo Fajardo de la Cuba dijo que éstos «tuvieron lugar en el sector de la medialuna de Piguchén el día 3 de diciembre, en horas de la noche, lugar donde el imputado dispara un arma de fuego en contra del menor en el abdomen, quien quedó con riesgo vital. Ha sido objeto de cirugías, entiendo hoy en día se encuentra hospitalizado en las mismas condiciones», indica.
«El imputado quedó con la cautelar de prisión preventiva, fijándose un plazo de 90 días para el cierre de la investigación», señala el persecutor.
El fiscal Eduardo Fajardo de la Cuba precisó que la víctima se trata de un menor de 12 años de edad.
Cabe recordar que este sujeto fue detenido ese mismo día, ampliándose su detención hasta el día de ayer.
