El Tribunal de Garantía de San Felipe en juicio abreviado que se efectuó este miércoles 19 de octubre, condenó a la pena de 61 días de presidio menor en su grado mínimo y al pago de una multa de 6 UTM, a la ex funcionaria de la Municipalidad local, Valeria Ninoska Carvallo Suma de Villa, como autora del delito de uso malicioso de documentos privados. Ilícito registrado el año 2021 mientras la condenada se desempeñaba como asesora de la Secretaría de Planificación Comunal (Secpla) de la entidad edilicia, donde presentó un título profesional falso de Asistente Social en el periodo del alcalde Suplente Cristián Beals.
En audiencia de procedimiento abreviado (causa rit 1396-2021), el magistrado Bernardo Bustamante Velozo aplicó, además, las accesorias legales de suspensión de cargo u oficio público durante el tiempo de la condena, y el pago de una multa de seis (6) UTM (Unidades Tributarias Mensuales).
El tribunal acogió, además, la solicitud de la defensa respecto de una alternativa al cumplimiento de pena corporal, por lo que decretó la remisión condicional de la pena mediante firma mensual en el Centro de Cumplimiento Penitenciario de San Felipe por el término de un año, por considerar que concurren los presupuestos de irreprochable conducta anterior y la admisión de responsabilidad por parte de la sentenciada.
