Tal como lo anunció el Ministerio de Salud, a partir de las 5 de la mañana de este sábado 24 julio las comunas de Putaendo, San Felipe, Los Andes, , San Esteban y Calle Larga avanzarán a fase 3 de Preparación del Plan Paso a Paso.
Sobre este avance que permite mayores libertades, se resalta que esta medida es muy importante porque se amplían las libertades de las personas y pueden hacer una vida algo más normal, pero además generará un alto impacto en la reactivación de la economía local, especialmente el comercio.
Los locales comerciales, pero especialmente el rubro gastronómico podrá atender los fines de semana, en zona cerrada y también con mayores aforos, “ lo que significa más derechos para los vecinos, pero también una mayor responsabilidad para seguir resguardando las medidas sanitarias.
¿Qué se puede hacer en Fase 3 en el nuevo Plan Paso a Paso?
Revisa a continuación lo que puedes hacer si tu comuna está en Fase 3:
– Puedes desplazarte sin restricciones
– En caso de que debas viajar a otra región puedes hacerlo, pero necesitas el pasaporte sanitario, que puedes obtener en este enlace.
– Está permitida la apertura de recintos educacionales, pero la asistencia a clases presenciales es voluntaria.
– El comercio y los lugares con atención al público pueden atender con un aforo total que cumpla con que sólo haya una persona por cada ocho metros cuadrados de superficie útil.
– Puedes visitar áreas silvestres protegidas y parques urbanos, respetando que haya un metro de distancia entre personas.
– Es posible visitar a residentes de centros cerrados como Sename y ELEAMs, pero siguiendo un protocolo.
¿Qué se puede hacer en Fase 3 con el Pase de Movilidad?
De acuerdo al Plan Paso a Paso, además de todo o anterior puedes:
– Participar en reuniones en casas particulares con un máximo de 20 personas, todas deben tener el Pase de Movilidad.
– Puedes acudir a actividades sin interacción de asistentes. Si todos cuentan con el documento el aforo es de máximo 500 personas en espacios cerrados y 1.000 en espacios abiertos.
– Sólo quienes tengan el pase pueden estar en espacios abiertos y cerrados de gimnasios, restaurantes y casinos.
– También puedes participar en actividades con interacción de asistentes. Si todos tienen el documento el aforo máximo en espacios cerrados es de 100 personas y en espacios abiertos es de 200 personas.
– Puedes realizar deporte y actividad física. Hay un aforo máximo de 100 personas en espacio cerrado con Pase de Movilidad y 200 personas al aire libre, también con el documento.
– Sólo pueden asistir a actividades presenciales para adultos mayores en centros diurnos las personas que tienen el Pase de Movilidad. Máximo 5 personas.
